Currently the only way to do this without being their friend is too use a certain URL string that you can easily Google, but most of the loopholes have been patched, I think you can only see the videos section of private profiles now.
How to look at private myspaces?
sign up using a different myspace account, message them and tell them you remember them from HS/jhs, etc. Eventually they will add you as a friend.
