and just put the address of where the picture is located between the quotes.

you have to add it as a URL, just like you would with your page. you can use;

http;//www.photobucket.com/

http://www.imgdump.net/index.php

these are just some of the sites you can use. just do a google search for image hosting. you need to URL code to put it on someones profile (it looks like the code you use for your background)
